We’re pouring seven incredible martini creations, each crafted with the freshest ingredients and premium spirits—bold, refreshing, and absolutely irresistible. We have chosen Kástra Elión Vodka and Waterloo No.9 Gin.

Kick off the evening with an exclusive reception where our talented Mixologist, Jeremiah Pettigrew, will be shaking up custom, one-of-a-kind martinis while you enjoy a curated charcuterie spread.

Then, get ready to indulge—dinner will feature a showcase of Aventino’s most beloved dishes. Expect it all: spicy, savory, sweet—every bite designed to wow.

Served with a House Made Limoncello and Kástra Elión Vodka – Martini
The botanicals and citrus snap cut through the garlic, olive oil, and heat, while staying lighter than vodka with the spicy marinara.

Arugula Burrata Salad (Balsamic Vinaigrette)

2nd Course

Served with a Waterloo No.9 Gin Martini (50/50, Orange Twist) Equal parts Waterloo No.9 Gin and dry vermouth. The added vermouth softens bitterness from arugula and complements the balsamic’s sweetness; an orange twist echo

Veal Saltimbocca

Main Course

Served with a Slightly Dirty Kástra Elión Vodka Martini. A smooth, high‑quality vodka with just a rinse of dry vermouth. Vodka’s neutrality lets the sage, prosciutto, Marsala sauce, and mozzarella shine without competing botanicals.

Tiramisu

Served with an Espresso Kástra Elión Vodka Martini, espresso, coffee liqueur.
Naturally bridges the coffee and cocoa flavors of the dessert without overwhelming the mascarpone.
