We will upgrade the east side of the restaurant and transforming that room into “The Lounge” at Aventino’s. The location of the bar is determined by the utilities already present. No extensive plumbing or electrical is needed. Mostly all cosmetic with only two new circuits added for electrical.

The budget reflects the funds needed to create a beautiful, sophisticated lounge for Fort Worth to enjoy. Dinner will be available in the Loung as well. Aventino’s only looses 6 chairs from its current all dining room configuration.

The upgrade will be a “new shinny thing” at Aventino’s. Offering longtime customers and new customers something like this, will be an attraction for more business until PHASE 2.

I, Chris Hight, am the contractor for this project. I am budget conscious with all materials and labor. This is why it is possible to afford such HIGH QUALITY workmanship. I will be doing 99% of the work including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, woodwork, walls, floors, drop ceiling, and equipment installation. Some assistance will be needed for oversized materials such as bar top and ceiling. I am also an insured Texas contractor.
